南韓國防部說，南韓於今天中午12時(台灣時間上午11時)重啟對北韓的邊界心戰喊話，以回應平壤最近的核子試爆舉動。
根據路透社快訊，南韓軍方已提高邊界心戰廣播站附近的警戒層級。快訊中並引述韓國聯合通訊社的報導說，南韓軍方在心戰廣播喇叭設置處部署了大砲。
